IPCHAIN

01 ABOUT

THE PROBLEM
The protection of intellectual property (IP), which includes inventions, scientific findings and many forms of art, still represents a major problem for tens of millions of innovators and artists around the globe. The legal and technical complexities as well as the immense costs associated with obtaining and defending IP often lead to a loss of rights and income.

THE SOLUTION
IPCHAIN Database revolutionizes the protection of intellectual property through the use of Blockchain technology and has been developed for the needs of scientists, inventors, artists and companies in close cooperation with leading authorities and stakeholders in IP. The platform replaces and/or complements traditional intellectual property strategies by offering proof of authorship via secure digital publication on the Blockchain and protects your interests by safely sharing and transferring IP. It is the fastest, easiest, safest and cheapest way of establishing documented ownership of intellectual property.

IPCHAIN DATABASE
IPCHAIN database is based on decentralized Blockchain technology. This makes IPCHAIN an incorruptible and unchangeable digital ledger and the ideal solution for establishing proof of authorship as well as the sharing and transfer of intellectual property. Due to the security of the platform and adherence to WIPO standards IPCHAIN publications are accepted as evidence of the innovator’s rights to his work in legal proceedings and as proof of prior art by international patent and trademark offices.
